Ellys

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:

Ellys are humanoid people distinguished most clearly by four arms. Their builds vary widely, from stout figures such as Chef Drewan to athletic warriors and graceful performers.

TRAITS / TEMPERMENT:

Animated, sociable, expressive, and famously kinetic. With four arms capable of moving independently, Ellys communicate as much through gesture as through speech, making their conversations seem almost theatrical to outsiders. They tend toward enthusiasm, improvisation, and social energy, although individuals vary as widely as any other people. Their physical coordination encourages a culture comfortable with simultaneous tasks, collaborative work, performance, and highly expressive body language.

ABILITIES / ADAPTATION:

Their four arms allow extraordinary dexterity and multitasking. Elly performers may manipulate several objects simultaneously, while elite fighters such as Jaiower employ all four limbs in rapid combinations of blocks and strikes.

SOCIETY / CULTURE:

Ellys appear throughout Rialtan society as teachers, cooks, entertainers, healers, fighters, artisans, and travelers. Their four-armed anatomy is treated as completely ordinary within the kingdom.

RELATIONS WITH OTHERS:

Ellys integrate readily into the wider kingdom and are a familiar sight in large cities and trade centers. Their expressive manner and unusual anatomy make them immediately recognizable, but they generally interact easily with other peoples. Cosmopolitan communities such as Whitecaps demonstrate how naturally Ellys participate in mixed populations, where racial identity can coexist with broader Rialtan citizenship. The manuscript specifically depicts Ellys socializing openly among the city's diverse crowds.

HISTORY / LORE:

Ellys are a well-established people of Rialta rather than an isolated civilization. They appear naturally throughout cities such as Cinfeld Heights and Whitecaps.
